Dear Economic Development E-newsletter Subscribers:

The City of Escondido is committed to providing our business community with the most accurate, up to date information during this time. The City website has current COVID-19 response information specific to Escondido, which we encourage you to follow. A team of representatives from various City departments is working together, along with our partners from the county, other cities, education, healthcare, businesses and other agencies, to make sure we’re ready to respond to keep our communities safe and healthy.

Additionally, the regional Innovate78 collaborative (a partnership between Escondido and the other five Highway 78 north county cities to foster economic development in the region) is posting real-time updated resources for affected businesses on its website , including assistance for small businesses and tech support for businesses to implement solutions to enable remote work.

Given that we have closed City Hall and other city facilities to the public until further notice and are open by appointment only, we would strongly encourage you to do business with the City online (Pay your Utility Bill; Apply for and Renew Permits, Business Licenses, Recreation Registration and more) via this website .
